Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Thermacore. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 7 days after the item’s arrival to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email almadaniseller@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide the return address and next steps.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your return is late, incomplete, or damaged, we may deny the refund or issue partial credit.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, contact almadaniseller@gmail.com.

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Used or worn products

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you still have not received it after 10 business days, contact us directly at almadaniseller@gmail.com.
